Hi,
At WeGro I am in charge of all HR procedures including: recruitment process, training and raising competences, benefits, onboarding and offboarding. I also take care of the good atmosphere among our team and my main goal is to make every employee feel well and comfortable in the company. In the recruitment process, I emphasize that you feel well taken care of and informed about every decision concerning your application.
